Serving as a Child Support Enforcement Subject Matter Expert, the remote contract Child Support Systems Analyst will lead requirements gathering, business process analysis, and support system modernization initiatives for child support programs over a 12-month period. Key responsibilities: Lead requirements gathering and business process analysis for legacy and modernized child support systems Define and document system interfaces, data mappings, and integration requirements Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable system requirements and develop executive-level presentations Required qualifications: 8+ years of Business Analysis experience, preferably in government or large enterprise environments Extensive experience with Child Support Enforcement systems and modernization initiatives Proven expertise in system interfaces, data mappings, and integration design Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field preferred Experience with OCSE-related reporting or compliance initiatives is preferred
