What You ll Do
- Administer anesthesia for general surgical procedures on adult and pediatric patients
- Provide anesthesia care for neurosurgical cases, ensuring neurological status management
- Perform spinal, local infiltration, and other anesthesia techniques
- Monitor ventilation and respiratory function during procedures
- Work under direct supervision alongside anesthesiologists and surgical teams
- Maintain detailed documentation using Epic EMR
- Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards
- Respond to emergencies, including airway management and intubation when needed
- Manage a patient volume of approximately 50 cases daily across multiple operating rooms
- Contribute to a Level II Trauma Center environment focused on patient safety and care quality
What You Need
Required: - Active RN license and CRNA certification
- Experience with general surgical cases and neurosurgical procedures
- Proficiency in anesthesia techniques including spinal anesthesia
- Strong documentation skills in Epic EMR
- Ability to work scheduled shifts with no on-call requirements
Preferred: - Experience in a trauma center setting
- Familiarity with hospital standards for safety and patient care
