Seeking an experienced and motivated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our dynamic Primary Care Now/Same Day Clinic team
Position will involve providing comprehensive care to adult and pediatric patients in a cross-coverage role
The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) will work collaboratively with a physician supervisor and another APP to deliver high-quality care to patients with both acute and chronic health concerns
Under Physician supervision, the Physician Assistant and/or Nurse Practitioner may assume primary responsibility in their respective specialty area according to federal, state, and local regulatory agencies.
Responsible for management of selected at risk or complex patients and aggregate patient populations in collaboration with physicians, nurses and other Healthcare team members.
Must demonstrate the knowledge, critical thinking and skills to plan, coordinate and provide care on a continuing basis.
Requirements:
Education: Successful completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program with Board Certification
Licensure: Current and unrestricted NP or PA licensure in the state of South Dakota.
Preferred:
1+ years of Clinical Experience; 1+ years of Healthcare Experience
Proficient with Epic EMR
