We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with expertise in life sciences to lead construction projects from inception to completion. Description Manage and oversee life science construction projects from pre-construction through project closeout. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery. Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to align project goals and expectations. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies throughout all phases of the project. Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders, addressing any challenges and proposing solutions. Lead and mentor project teams to foster a culture of collaboration and accountability. Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure project success. Ensure quality control standards are met at all stages of the construction process.
