Must Have 3 years of experience
Credentialing 5 years back. Need references from every chief of the practice you have been at.
Active CT License CT DEA 90-day credentialing.
Willing to credential and license during credentialing but will take 120 days.
Community Hospital 220 beds (applying to be a level 3 trauma hospital.)
Level 2 NICU.
Bread and butter cases: Ortho, podiatry, surgery, plastics, ophthalmology, vascular (open and in cath lab).
No complicated Brain, No thoracic, no open heart, not complicated OB, only healthy peds.
Directed supervision: 3-1 model
