A great opportunity for an experienced Controller to provide financial leadership and business partnership for a division controller for a multi billion dollar international company This high-impact role supports a complex manufacturing service business through forecasting, financial analysis, SAP and operational decision support. Total compensation is $135-170k. It is a hybrid role. The company is very stable and has a positive company culture.
Responsibilities
Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting and budgeting.
Partner with Service and Operations leadership to drive financial performance.
Manage service backlog and open-order financial integrity.
Perform variance analysis, accruals, reconciliations, and general ledger activities.
Serve as the SAP finance expert for the Service organization.
Support internal and external audits while ensuring compliance with financial controls.
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
7+ years of manufacturing finance or controlling experience.
SAP or other ERP experience required
Strong forecasting, budgeting, and manufacturing accounting skills.
Experience supporting service or aftermarket operations is a plus.
CPA or CMA preferred.
