Job Description

Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic sales plans tailored to company goals. Oversee a high-performing sales team, providing mentorship, training, and motivation to drive performance. Forecast sales targets and ensure the team meets them. Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and increased profitability. Maintain relationships with key clients and establish partnerships with new customers. Evaluate market trends and competitor activity and adjust sales strategy as needed. Participate in contract negotiations for key clients and partnerships. Collaborate with the Marketing and Product Development departments to understand and promote the companys product offerings. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing is preferred but not required. Minimum of 20 years of sales experience, with at least 10 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate a team. Excellent negotiation, networking, and client relationship management skills. Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in sales forecasting and reporting.
