Job Description
Responsibilities: Including but not limited to the following:
Plan and manage inventory levels for automotive components, including EGR coolers, Nano coolers, and gaskets, to support OEM production schedules
Operate the companys Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to execute materials requirement planning (MRP), process inbound and outbound transactions, and maintain master data integrity
Administer Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) transactions with OEM customers and suppliers, including delivery releases, advance shipping notices (ASNs), and invoice transmissions
Create and manage purchase requisitions (PRs) and purchase orders (POs) in the ERP system
Coordinate inbound logistics from Korens Korea and domestic suppliers, and outbound delivery schedules to OEM customers under just-in-time (JIT) requirements
Monitor and reconcile inventory data in real time, and conduct cycle counts and audits to maintain inventory accuracy
Analyze and adjust reorder points, safety stock levels, and order timing based on demand forecasts
Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for supply chain and warehouse activities
Prepare ERP-based reports on inventory, shipments, and supplier performance, and track KPIs including on-time delivery (OTD) and inventory accuracy
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree (in a related field preferred) AND minimum 1 year of experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse operations, or inventory management
Hands-on experience with ERP systems; familiarity with EDI transactions preferred
