• EMR: Meditech Expanse, transitioning to EPIC in December 2026

Requirements

• License: Active Kentucky License required
• Board Certification/Eligibility: Required (ABMS/AOA or foreign board acceptable to ABMS/AOA)
• Certifications: ACLS, PALS, or ATLS (if not board certified)
• MD Supervisor of APP Required: Yes
