The Furniture Sales Account Representative plays a key role in executing the companys sales strategy. Youll work with both new and existing customersdeveloping relationships, understanding their furniture needs, and offering customized solutions that drive satisfaction and long-term growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned client accounts to ensure high satisfaction.
Proactively reach out to prospective clients to understand their purchasing cycles and identify partnership opportunities.
Grow sales volume consistently within your designated accounts.
Deliver well-prepared, accurate presentations and quotes in a timely manner.
Balance competitive pricing strategies with company profitability goals.
Secure orders accurately and coordinate logistics including delivery schedules and product availability.
Keep up with industry developments, new product lines, and market trends that may affect sales or client needs.
Strong business insight with a results-focused mindset.
Excellent communicationboth written and verbal.
A customer-first approach and proactive problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working independently while hitting goals.
Type: Full-time
Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Occasional after-hours events or meetings may be required.
Travel: Regular travel to client sites, industry events, and trainings is expected. Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license are required.
Youll primarily work in a professional office setting, with regular travel to client locations.
This role requires clear communication, and the ability to stand, walk, and handle light lifting as needed.
Associate degree required; Bachelors degree preferred.
Demonstrated success in a sales roleexperience in furniture or office interiors is highly preferred.
Strong organizational skills and ability to follow through.
Comfortable using CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
Pay: 45-80k Base + commission
