Occupational Therapist - Home Health - (OT - HH)
StartDate: 4/13/2026 Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $2050.00 - $2112.00

Unit Notes- Unit: PT, OT, Speech - Marian & Arroyo Grande (home based care)- Certs: Speech - do they prefer/require CCC-SLP and/or CCC-A credential? BLS required- EMR: Cerner- Rehab Aides/OTA/PTA: yes - usually will be perm staff though- Weekend Requirement: every 3rd weekend- Holidays: minor holidays, major only if needed- Scrub Color/Uniform: business attire with white lab coat, no jeans- Outpatient and Inpatient: N/A- Shifts: flexible, majority of work hours are M-F 8am-5pm- What areas are they required to cover: they will be assigned to a geographical region- Floor specific orientation: 1.5-2 weeks- Common diagnosis / Types of patients: PT/OT - ortho, strokes, ortho, joints, spinal injuries speech - anything- Additional Notes: Candidates must have experience with Oasis (gov't mandated form). Must also have one year experience working PT/OT/Sp, home setting experience is preferred but not required.

Work History: Should not be more than 30 days of gap in entire work history
References: 2 References in the last 12 months
