Position Summary We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of office experience, strong communication skills, and a positive attitude. This position plays a key role in supporting customers by processing orders, answering phones, assisting walk-in customers, and handling account payments. The successful candidate will also be willing to take on additional projects and responsibilities as needed.
Schedule - Monday through Friday
- 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- One-hour lunch break
Responsibilities - Enter and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Answer incoming phone calls and provide excellent customer service.
- Assist walk-in customers with inquiries, product information, and order placement.
- Process payments on customer accounts and maintain accurate records.
- Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain organized customer files and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with team members and other departments.
- Perform general office and administrative duties as assigned.
- Assist with special projects and additional responsibilities as business needs require.
Qualifications - Minimum of 2 years of office experience required.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and data entry.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Dependable, professional, and team-oriented.
