That person is you.This isn't cold calling. It isn't chasing leads who don't want to hear from you. Every conversation starts with someone who has already raised their hand and asked for help. Your job is to listen, understand what they're really up against, and guide them to the right next step with our firm. Do that well, and you'll close naturally - because people sign with the person who actually heard them.We're looking for a closer who leads with empathy, not pressure. Someone who's already proven they can build something - we want to see a $1M book of business in your track record, because that tells us you know how to earn trust and turn relationships into results.If you've ever felt like your sales talent was being wasted pushing things people didn't need, this is the opposite of that.
