Job Description: A healthcare organization in New York City is seeking a licensed Physician to join their team in Brooklyn as their new Director of Adult Psychiatry, leading the adult ambulatory psychiatry division and ensuring clinical quality and operational excellence. About the Opportunity:Schedule: Monday to FridayHours: Standard businessSetting: Outpatient Responsibilities:Providing clinical oversight and ensuring high standards of careEstablishing and monitoring clinical quality metricsLeading initiatives to improve care delivery modelsEnsuring management of high-risk populationsOverseeing daily operations and optimizing workflowsPerforming other duties, as needed Qualifications:MD or DO degree from an accredited institutionBoard Certification in Psychiatry (ABPN required)Expertise in managing complex Psychiatric populationsStrong understanding of Regulatory and Compliance frameworksExcellent leadership and team management skillsSolid analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong communication abilitiesDesired Qualifications:Experience in a Teaching Hospital setting
