Schedule: M-F, 8am-5pm, travel when needed
Position: Direct Hire with benefits package
We are assisting our client in Solon Ohio with a direct hire Sales Representative position within the manufacturing industry.
Responsibilities:- Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers
- Heavy telephone and in-person solicitation and presentations to existing and prospective customers
- Research to develop prospect pipeline
- Track monthly/annual sales metrics
- Develop yearly business plan
- Participate in marketing campaigns and tradeshow events
Requirements:- Undergraduate degree or equivalent
- Must have sales experience within manufacturing. Non-ferrous metal knowledge or experience preferred.
- Training in a consultative sales approach
- Ability to develop strong business relationships
- Must be willing to travel
