Well-established and growing recreational vehicle dealership has partnered with Aspen Personnel Service to recruit an experienced Service Technician to join their team. This position is ideal for a mechanically inclined professional who enjoys diagnosing problems, performing repairs, and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and performance-related issues on a variety of recreational vehicles and equipment
Perform maintenance, repairs, and component replacements according to manufacturer standards
Accurately document inspections, repairs, and completed work orders
Collaborate with service advisors and management to ensure timely completion of customer repairs
Participate in ongoing technical training and maintain required certifications
Assist with mentoring and supporting less experienced technicians when appropriate
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Monitor shop inventory and notify management when supplies or equipment require replenishment
Represent the company professionally while providing outstanding customer service
3+ Years previous experience diagnosing and repairing motorsports, recreational vehicles, marine equipment, powersports equipment, or similar mechanical systems preferred
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work efficiently while maintaining a high level of quality and accuracy
Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to train, coach, and support entry-level technicians
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform the physical requirements of the job
