Job Description: Orthopedic Surgeon - General / Sports East Chicago, IN$450,000 - $525,000 1:6 Call Flexible Schedule H1B Eligible She Recruits is partnering with a highly respected Northwest Indiana health system operating within a HIMSS Stage VII designated hospital - one of the most advanced digital healthcare environments in the country. This is an opportunity for a General Orthopedic Surgeon (Sports interest welcomed but not required) to step into an established, high-demand practice with strong referral support and modern surgical infrastructure. Practice Highlights: • Monday-Friday schedule with flexibility• 1:6 call rotation• 30 patients per clinic day• Strong surgical block time• Collaborative orthopedic service line• Tech-forward, paperless system Clinical Scope: • General orthopedic procedures• Joint replacements (hip, knee, shoulder)• Fracture management• Arthroscopic procedures• Sports injury treatment and rehabilitation planning• Coordination with PTs, athletic trainers, and PCPs• Surgical and non-surgical case management Technology: • EPIC EMR with AI-assisted documentation• Robotics and advanced surgical platforms available• Fully integrated digital workflow Compensation & Benefits: • $450K - $525K base salary• RVU and quality-based bonus structure• Negotiable sign-on bonus• 6 weeks flexible time off• 403(b) with employer match• Generous CME allowance• Licensure and professional dues reimbursement• Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage Open to H1B candidates meeting licensure requirements.
