Job Description

Well-established Outdoor Recreation Dealer has hired Aspen Personnel to help them find an experienced and motivated person to fill the role of Inside Sales/Parts Specialist in their company.

Job Duties:

  • Provide exceptional service in person, over the phone, or via email

  • Assist customers in identifying and locating the correct recreational vehicle parts and accessories based on their needs

  • Use your knowledge of recreational vehicles and their parts to provide accurate and detailed information to customers

  • Collaborate with customers to determine the compatibility and suitability of various parts and accessories for their specific vehicles

  • Process parts orders efficiently and accurately using computer systems or manual records

  • Maintain and organize inventory of parts and accessories, ensuring proper labeling, categorization, and storage

  • Monitor stock levels and initiate reordering to ensure a sufficient supply of commonly used parts and accessories

  • Provide recommendations and upsell additional parts, accessories, or related products to customers to enhance their riding experience

  • Stay up to date with the latest trends, advancements, and industry knowledge related to recreational vehicle parts and accessories

  • Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, or issues promptly and professionally

  • Collaborate with the service department to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of parts orders



Skills and Experience:


  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or vocational training in recreational vehicles or automotive parts is a plus

  • Prior experience in a similar role, preferably within the recreational vehicles industry or automotive aftermarket

  • Excellent knowledge of various recreational vehicles, their parts, and accessories.

  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish lasting relationships with customers

  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Proficiency in using computer systems and inventory management software

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment



Full Time:

  • Tuesday-Saturday 9am-6pm



Pay:

  • $45K - $55K Hourly Base Pay + Commission
