Well-established Outdoor Recreation Dealer has hired Aspen Personnel to help them find an experienced and motivated person to fill the role of Inside Sales/Parts Specialist in their company.
Job Duties:
Provide exceptional service in person, over the phone, or via email
Assist customers in identifying and locating the correct recreational vehicle parts and accessories based on their needs
Use your knowledge of recreational vehicles and their parts to provide accurate and detailed information to customers
Collaborate with customers to determine the compatibility and suitability of various parts and accessories for their specific vehicles
Process parts orders efficiently and accurately using computer systems or manual records
Maintain and organize inventory of parts and accessories, ensuring proper labeling, categorization, and storage
Monitor stock levels and initiate reordering to ensure a sufficient supply of commonly used parts and accessories
Provide recommendations and upsell additional parts, accessories, or related products to customers to enhance their riding experience
Stay up to date with the latest trends, advancements, and industry knowledge related to recreational vehicle parts and accessories
Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, or issues promptly and professionally
Collaborate with the service department to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of parts orders
Skills and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or vocational training in recreational vehicles or automotive parts is a plus
Prior experience in a similar role, preferably within the recreational vehicles industry or automotive aftermarket
Excellent knowledge of various recreational vehicles, their parts, and accessories.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish lasting relationships with customers
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficiency in using computer systems and inventory management software
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
