We are seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician (MD/DO) for a locum tenens opportunity in a low-volume, rural critical access hospital setting.
Position Highlights - Start: April 2026
- Schedule: 12-hour shifts (days/nights)
- Volume: 25 patients per 24 hours ( 1/hr)
- Shifts: 10 per month
- Setting: Solo provider with APC support
Clinical Scope - Full-scope Emergency Medicine
- Light inpatient (hospital medicine) coverage
- Swing bed rehab patients (2 3/day)
- Admissions, discharges, progress notes

Requirements - BC/BE Emergency Medicine (ABEM/AOBEM)
