3 years of maintenance experience who take pride in keeping facilities safe, functional, and well-maintained.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on buildings, equipment, and facilities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues in a timely manner.
- Conduct inspections to identify repair and safety needs.
- Perform basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and organized manner.
- Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies as needed.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience required.
- Knowledge of general building maintenance, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs.
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
