Nurse Practitioner / Neonatal Nurse Practitioner Level III NICU Ann Arbor, MI
Seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join a collaborative, physician-led Neonatology team in a Level III NICU. This is a permanent placement opportunity within a supportive, team-based environment. Both experienced providers and truly board-eligible new graduates are welcome to apply.
Position OverviewThe provider will deliver comprehensive inpatient neonatal care in a Level III NICU setting, including:
Neonatal assessments, daily rounds, and ongoing management of critically ill and premature infants
Collaboration with on-staff Neonatologists for care planning and management
Participation in multidisciplinary rounds
Family education and counseling
Stabilization and management of high-risk newborns
Documentation in Epic EMR
This is a structured, team-based model (not autonomous practice).
ScheduleFlexible full-time schedule consisting of 24-hour, 10-hour, and 8-hour shifts.
Credentialing TimelineApproximately 3 4 months.

Board Certified (or truly board eligible by start) Neonatal Nurse Practitioner
Successful completion of an accredited NNP program
Active Michigan license (or eligible)
BLS and NRP certifications
Ability to work varied 24-, 10-, and 8-hour shifts
Clean malpractice and license history
NPDB Self-Query (dated within 30 days at time of presentation)
EMR experience (Epic preferred)
Willingness to complete 3 4 month credentialing process
