Position Overview:
We are seeking a confident and experienced Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our inpatient team. This is a full-time role (36 hours/week, 3 shifts) offering autonomy, collaboration, and consistent physician support.

What You Can Expect:

• 12-hour shifts with a manageable schedule
• Work within a Critical Access Hospital setting
• 9-bed open ICU with respiratory support onsite
• Double physician coverage during the day for collaboration
• Average daily census of patients total
• T-Systems EMR

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive hourly rate: $90 $110/hour
• Full benefits package
• Malpractice insurance with tail coverage provided
• $25,000 annual stipend for W2 providers
