HiFyve is hiring a Director of Sales Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) in the Industrial Manufacturing industry in Wichita, KS!
Salary: $125k - $165k/year + 20% Bonus Eligibility (Tier 4)

About the Role
This newly created leadership role will build and lead the companys SIOP function from the ground up. The ideal candidate is a classically trained SIOP professional with strong Lean knowledge, experience driving long-range operational planning, and a hands-on mentality to establish structure, processes, and alignment across the business.
Job Responsibilities
Lead monthly SIOP cycle (Demand, Supply, Pre-SIOP, Executive)
Develop and improve SIOP processes, tools, and reporting
Build and manage month demand forecasts with Sales and Finance
Align production plans with capacity, labor, and equipment constraints
Partner with procurement on raw materials and supply risk planning
Establish inventory targets and improve turns while maintaining service levels
Drive OTIF performance and safety stock strategies
Provide executive dashboards and scenario modeling for business planning
Build a professionally structured SIOP process from the ground up
Drive 5-year, annual, monthly, and weekly operational planning strategies
Champion Lean principles and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Engineering, or related field
Experience with SIOP/S&OP and multi-channel distribution
Strong ERP/MRP knowledge and advanced Excel skills
Understanding of inventory, capacity planning, and financial alignment
Strong communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Manufacturing experience required
MBA, CPIM, CSCP, or Lean/Six Sigma certifications a plus
Experience building or significantly improving SIOP functions strongly preferred
