Job Description

Dates: 4/6/26- Ongoing
Shift Details: able to work 5-8's, 4'10's 3 12's 7a-3p, 7a-5p, 7a-7p. No call shifts.
Willing to work weekends but not weekends only and will take someone who can do only 2-3 weeks a month each month
inpatient, and outpatient
Types of surgery - General, vascular, orthopedic, urology, plastics, dental, IR, CDL, thoracic, peds, neuro, cardiac, endoscopy center
Need someone that is able to work in the Main OR's, most of the time at Memorial.
EMR: Cerner
Certifications: WV license, BC, ACLS, BLS, PALS
Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
