Job Description

At Yellow Business Services Co., we are a fast-growing, nationwide online tax preparation firm powered by an expert team of CPAs and IRS-licensed Enrolled Agents (EAs). We are dedicated to providing secure, fast, and compassionate tax filing to individuals across all 50 states ranging from everyday W-2 earners and gig workers to international students requiring ITIN support.

As we scale our operations for the peak 2026 tax season, we are looking for sharp, organized, and empathetic professionals to join our remote Client Support Team.

Position Summary
As a Tax Onboarding Specialist, you are the vital first point of contact for our clients. You will manage our high-volume digital intake pipeline, helping clients seamlessly navigate our secure document upload portals, verifying their tax paperwork, and scheduling virtual meetings with our Enrolled Agents.

Key Responsibilities
Client Intake Management: Monitor and process incoming leads from our web intake forms, email pipeline, and virtual meeting calendar.

Document Verification & Review: Guide clients through uploading their W-2s, 1099s, IDs, and business forms. Review files for completeness before handing them off to our tax preparers.

Empathic Client Relations: Serve as a friendly, supportive contact for a diverse client base, including executing our "hardship pricing" protocols with absolute discretion and care.

Billing Coordination: Facilitate upfront pricing transparency and confirm completed payments using our secure Stripe checkout links.

Workflow Optimization: Maintain a tight, hour processing window for simple files, ensuring data accuracy across all onboarding systems.

Requirements & Qualifications
Authorization: Must be a US Citizen or hold valid US Work Authorization (Mandatory).

Location: Must reside in the United States and be capable of working productively in a 100% remote capacity.

Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills. You must be comfortable managing high-volume email correspondence and phone inquiries.

Technical Savvy: Quick to learn tech workflows, with preferred experience handling document uploads, secure portal link generation, and Stripe or CRM platforms.

Experience: Previous experience in customer support, administrative workflows, intake roles, or financial services is highly valued.

Compensation & Peak-Season Bonus
We believe in rewarding our frontline team for their hustle and execution during the busy season.

Hourly Base Pay: $22.00 per hour

Tax Season Cash Bonus: A performance and completion bonus of $5,000 $8,000 USD awarded upon the successful conclusion of the tax season (paid out at the end of April).

Work Arrangement: 100% Remote (US-Based)

Contract Type: Full-time hours through the peak spring filing surge.
