You will educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, energy conservation, fall prevention, and mobility strategies tailored to each unique home environment.A typical day consists of traveling to several patient homes within a defined territory around Bluefield, performing initial evaluations and follow-up treatment visits, collaborating with the broader home health team, and completing electronic documentation. Visit volumes are designed to be clinically appropriate and manageable, allowing you to maintain high-quality, personalized care without sacrificing thorough assessment and education.
