We are seeking a Radiation Oncology Physician for short-term locum vacation coverage in New York. This opportunity offers weekday clinic coverage in a collaborative oncology environment with no call responsibilities.
Assignment Details:
- Coverage Dates:

- 3-day coverage blocks
- Vacation coverage assignment
Schedule:
- Tuesday Thursday preferred
- Flexible scheduling may be considered
- Day shifts:
- 8:00 AM 4:00 PM
- or 9:00 AM 5:30 PM
- No call
- No floating
Practice Setting:
- Acute care hospital
- Outpatient oncology clinic setting
- Epic EMR
Work Details:
- Radiation oncology consultations and treatment planning
- Radiation therapy management
- Monitoring treatment response and side effects
- Collaboration with multidisciplinary oncology team
Patient Volume & Support:
- Approximately patients/day
- Support staff includes NP and LPN
Requirements:
- Board Certified Radiation Oncologist
- Active NY license required
- BLS & ACLS required
- Minimum 2 years recent experience
- Recent Epic experience required

- Updated work history required
- Malpractice explanation required if applicable
