We are seeking a highly motivated and business-driven Asset Manager Business Development Professional to help manage, grow, and maximize the value of investment assets while supporting strategic client acquisition and portfolio expansion initiatives.

Position Overview

The Asset Manager Business Development Professional will oversee investment asset performance, support portfolio growth strategies, analyze opportunities, build client relationships, and assist in expanding the company's investment and development operations.

Key Responsibilities

Asset Management

Oversee commercial and residential real estate assets
Monitor portfolio performance and financial reporting
Analyze asset profitability, ROI, and operational efficiency
Assist with acquisition, disposition, and capital management strategies
Support analysis activities
Evaluate market trends and investment opportunities
Coordinate with property management and development teams

Business Development

Generate and develop new business opportunities
Build strategic relationships with investors, lenders, and clients
Assist with lead generation and prospecting initiatives
Participate in networking and client acquisition efforts
Support marketing and growth campaigns
Conduct market research and investment analysis
Present company services and investment opportunities to prospects

Financial & Operational Analysis

Prepare investment performance reports
Analyze budgets, cash flow, and portfolio metrics
Track revenue growth and operational performance
Support executive leadership with strategic planning
Maintain CRM databases and pipeline reporting systems

Qualifications
