The Controller will help oversee financial reporting, accounting, and compliance, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with our expansion goals. This role requires a strong leader with experience in high-volume, high-transaction industries who can thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
Ensure accurate month-end close, P&L analysis, and variance reporting.
Lead and develop the accounting team, including AP, AR, and payroll functions.
Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial planning to support growth.
Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and industry standards.
Optimize and implement financial systems and internal controls.
Partner with leadership on expansion strategy, profitability analysis, and cost control.
Collaborate with IT, HR, and operations to streamline financial processes.
Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and banking partners.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting , Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
7+ years of experience in accounting.
Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and tax compliance.
Hands-on experience with Sage Intacct preferred (link removed)
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to scale financial operations in a high-growth environment.
