What Youll Do: Process incoming travel requests and verify booking confirmations. Provide real-time chat and email support to travelers facing disruptions. Assist the management team with daily operational tasks. Requirements: Full training provided, No experience needed. Must be 18 years of age. High School Diploma or equivalent Fluency in English (Bilingual English/Spanish is a huge asset in this region!), strong problem-solving capabilities, and a dedicated home workspace.
