Hospitalist Physician

Shift: 7 on / 7 off schedule (7 AM 7 PM); no on-call duties

Description:

• Full-time Hospitalist (MD/DO) position at Rome Health Hospital, a trusted facility in Central New York
  
• Manage an average of patients per physician daily
  
• Collaborate with intensivists in an open ICU (24/7 consultation available)
  
• Conduct admissions, daily rounds, rapid responses, and code management
  
• Utilize Paragon EMR for charting and documentation
  
• Coordinate with specialists, attending physicians, and nursing teams for comprehensive care
  
• Work in a non-trauma designated hospital with excellent infrastructure and subspecialty support
  
• Team collectively manages patients per day
  
• BE accepted if a new graduate; BC required within 2 years of start
  
• Not accepting Locums, Visa, or 1099 candidates
