:Responsible/accountable for day to day operations of a food service operation. Has basic cafeteria, food service, and cash register knowledge. Directs and supervises staff as defined by the Missouri Food Code and to accomplish all daily tasks.Education: Preferred: High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience: No Prior Experience Required Experience preferred: 2+ years supervisory Skills: Basic reading, writing, math, and computer skills Excellent communication skills Able to follow directions and work together as a team player Able to stand for long periods of time Able to climb, carry, pull, or push up to 50 pounds Able to move quickly Basic cash register Food safety and sanitation knowledge Licensure/Certification/Registration: N/A
