The Checkout Clerk plays a key role in ensuring a smooth patient experience by assisting with customer checkout, scheduling follow-up appointments, collecting balances, posting charges to insurance, and maintaining accurate information. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, and able to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced remote setup. The ideal candidate will be computer savvy with a keen eye for detail. Understanding of data confidentiality principles is compulsory.
