We are currently on a hunt for a Customer Support Rep to join our client's team in Rochester, NY.
What you ll be doing:
- Create best in class experiences for all guests that contact us.
- Support would include educating the guest, help them accomplish what they want to do and talk entertainment while you do it
- Create relationships with guests based on a love of entertainment.
- Effectively use all available technology tools and resources to resolve guest inquiries.
- Develop and maintain a general knowledge of client s products and services.
We would love to hear from you if :
- Good communication skills in Canadian French/Quebecois.
- 1+ years of Customer Service Experience.
- 1+ years of Inbound Call service experience.
- Ability to type 30+ words per minute.
- High School Diploma or GED.
