We are looking for a "Senior Account Manager" with one of our Leading clients in High Point, NC.
Here are exiting responsibilities:
- Daily management of customer orders to ensure on-time shipments within customers guidelines.
- Develop meaningful personal relationships with key customer contacts and assigned sales rep(s) to ensure they look to your team as the primary source for any accurate HMI communications
- Gain an intimate knowledge of assigned customer(s) requirements including new product set up, testing, labeling, shipment, paperwork, customer website maintenance, etc. to ensure compliance and the highest level of customer satisfaction
