Assist the Accounting and General Ledger departments with journal entries and research related to the Mortgage Company and other related task
Prepare various monthly reconciliations
Sort and file reconciliations
Run and process department reports
Answer phones
File necessary paperwork
Assist with coordinating events and completing office errands as needed
Other duties as assigned
Physical Requirements:
Standing, xibtplm reaching, and/or stooping to file/retrieve contract folders
Operation of office machinery
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
