We re hiring a Nurse Manager (RN) Inpatient Psych in Pierceton, Indiana who wants to shape the future of psychiatric care through clinical leadership and meaningful team development.
You ll step into an inpatient leadership role focused on the overall administration of nursing care, policy implementation, staff development, and quality improvement. You ll work a flexible 40-hour schedule designed to support teams across all shifts while partnering closely with an experienced Director of Nursing.

• You hold an active Indiana RN license

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $86,500 $105,000
• Administrative on-call rotation once every 3 weeks
