Job Description

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments including history, physical exams, and diagnostic evaluation
Diagnose acute and chronic conditions; develop and implement treatment plans
Prescribe medications and therapeutic interventions in accordance with state regulations
Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests and laboratory results
Provide patient education on disease prevention, treatment plans, and lifestyle modification
Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams
Document patient encounters accurately in EMR
Manage follow-up care and referral coordination
Participate in quality improvement, compliance, and patient safety initiatives
Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a culturally sensitive manner
