Lead ABA programs and provide clinical supervision for children with autism

Mentor practicum students and RBTs

Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

Maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant documentation

Qualifications:Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills

Master's degree (required)

Experience in mentoring and supervising staff preferred

Commitment to client-centered care and ongoing professional growth

BCBA certification (required)
