Location: Remote within the United States Overview Our client is seeking a Senior Manager AI and Analytics Solutions Americas to lead a multidisciplinary team responsible for delivering technology-enabled legal solutions across eDiscovery, contract lifecycle management, artificial intelligence, analytics, legal operations, and information governance. This leadership role combines business strategy, client advisory, operational excellence, and innovation leadership. The successful candidate will oversee teams responsible for legal technology consulting, advanced analytics, AI-enabled legal workflows, contract management solutions, and complex data-driven legal engagements for law firms, corporate legal departments, and multinational organizations. Reporting to executive leadership, the Head of Advanced Client Data Solutions will be responsible for driving growth, ensuring exceptional client outcomes, developing talent, and shaping the future direction of technology-enabled legal services. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership Develop and execute the strategic vision for Advanced Client Data Solutions across the Americas. Lead and mentor managers, consultants, project managers, analysts, and subject matter experts across multiple service lines. Drive innovation initiatives involving artificial intelligence, machine learning, analytics, legal operations, and emerging legal technologies. Establish scalable operational frameworks that support growth, quality, and profitability. Client Advisory & Relationship Management Serve as executive advisor to law firms, corporate legal departments, legal operations leaders, and C-suite stakeholders. Consult on complex matters involving eDiscovery, investigations, information governance, contract lifecycle management, AI deployment, data privacy, and compliance. Partner with clients to identify opportunities for process improvement, technology adoption, and risk reduction. Develop long-term client relationships that drive retention and expansion. Business Development & Revenue Growth Collaborate with attorneys and client development teams to identify and pursue growth opportunities. Participate in solution design, RFP responses, executive presentations, and strategic client meetings. Support revenue growth through expansion of existing client relationships and development of new service offerings. Monitor market trends and competitive developments to guide service strategy. Service Line Leadership Oversee delivery teams supporting: eDiscovery and investigations Advanced analytics and technology-assisted review AI-enabled legal workflows Contract lifecycle management and contract analytics Information governance and compliance initiatives Ensure consistent service quality, defensibility, and client satisfaction across all engagements. Develop best practices, methodologies, and operational standards. Technology & Innovation Evaluate emerging technologies and identify opportunities for client adoption. Guide implementation of AI, GenAI, analytics, automation, cloud, and legal technology platforms. Partner with product, engineering, and delivery teams to develop innovative client solutions. Promote responsible and defensible use of AI in legal workflows. Talent Development Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing consulting and delivery teams. Create a culture focused on client success, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Provide coaching and leadership development for future managers and practice leaders. Qualifications Required Experience 15+ years of progressive experience within legal technology, legal operations,eDiscovery, information governance, consulting, or related professional services environments. Experience leading teams responsible for client-facing legal technology or consulting engagements. Experience advising law firms, corporate legal departments, or regulated enterprises. Demonstrated success managing large-scale legal technology, data, compliance, or operational transformation initiatives. Experience overseeing multiple service lines, practice groups, or consulting teams. Preferred Experience Background within an Am Law firm, legal technology provider, consulting organization, or legal services provider. Experience with contract lifecycle management platforms and legal operations technologies. Experience leading AI, analytics, or digital transformation initiatives. Revenue responsibility, sales engineering, solution consulting, or business development experience. Technical Knowledge Strong understanding of: eDiscovery and the EDRM Relativity, Reveal, Everlaw, or similar review platforms Technology Assisted Review (TAR), Continuous Active Learning (CAL), and analytics workflows Contract lifecycle management technologies Artificial intelligence and generative AI applications in legal workflows Information governance, privacy, and regulatory compliance Cloud-based legal technology solutions Education Bachelors degree required Advanced degree preferred (JD, MBA, MS, or equivalent) Leadership Profile The successful candidate will be: A trusted advisor to senior legal and business stakeholders Equally comfortable discussing legal workflows, technology architecture, and business strategy Skilled at building and developing high-performing teams Commercially minded with a strong client service orientation Passionate about innovation, AI adoption, and operational excellence Capable of translating complex legal and technical concepts into practical business solutions Compensation Competitive executive compensation package including base salary, performance incentives, and comprehensive benefits.
