Patient Demographics: Pediatrics (PEDS - 18yrs), and Adults
Patient Volume/Census: 15-30 patients per day
Case Mix: General Anesthesia (Bread and Butter)

No. of Beds in Department: 283 beds
EMR System: Epic

PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE

Hospital Privileges Required: Yes
Credentialing Timeline: 60-90 days (60 days with SC license, 90 days without)

REQUIRED PROCEDURES

General Anesthesia (Bread and Butter)
No cardiac, neuro, or OB procedures

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Licenses: Active SC license (will consider licensing)
Board: Board Certified - NBCRNA
Certifications: NBCRNA, BLS, ACLS, PALS
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience; clean malpractice history
Other Qualifications: No local providers within 60 miles; must be out of training; clean malpractice history

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide anesthesia care for general surgery cases under medical direction
Care for pediatric patients (ages up to 18 years) and adult patients
Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and formulate anesthetic plans
Administer anesthesia, monitor patients intraoperatively, and manage post-anesthesia emergence
Document patient encounters and anesthesia records in the Epic EMR system
