Job Description

Deaconess Women s Hospital is seeking a full-time Urogynecology and Pelvic Reconstructive Surgeon to join a thriving program. At the Urogynecology and Pelvic Rehabilitation office, we provide specialized services needed to help patients live a fuller, healthier, and more confident life.

Our mission is to provide a full range of high quality, convenient, personalized, and cost-effective healthcare services to women and infants in our community and the tri-state area. The Women s Hospital is the region s market leader for women s health services with over 3,100 deliveries a year and a catchment area of 1.6 million people in three states. Regional leader in women s health with access to reproductive endocrinology, maternal fetal medicine, gynecologic oncology and urogynecology.

You ll be supported by an already established team that includes a full-time urogynecologist, nurse practitioner, women s health physical therapists, and three experienced nurses.

Highly competitive compensation

  • $458K base salary guaranteed for first 12 months.
  • Productivity-based compensation model. Able to exceed base from the start.
  • $20K sign-on bonus.
