Schedule: 40 hours per week, 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts, Monday to Friday
will consider providers that can only work 2- 8 hour shifts per week (prefer 2x10s or 12s or can only work weekends (will require 5+ years of experience because there is minimal support)
willing to review providers that can work 20 or 30 hours per week

Operating Rooms: 10
Patient Population: Adult and Geriatric
Procedures: General surgical cases (adult patients)
EMR: Epic
Support Staff: RNs and Surgical Techs
Requirements
Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
Active Michigan RN License
BLS Certification
ACLS Certification
AANA Board Certification
Experience in System Epic EMR - Preferred
Clean Malpractice/License History
Willingness to work varied shifts
Must be local; only mileage reimbursement
