What You ll Do
  • Provide anesthesia support for general, OB, and pediatric cases
  • Manage VBAC/TOLAC, epidural, TAP blocks, spinal, and peripheral blocks
  • Work independently at Faribault, with MD support available
  • Support unsupervised anesthesia models in both facilities
  • Participate in weekend, evening, and call coverage, including emergent C-sections
  • Respond to beeper call within 30 minutes; sleep rooms provided if onsite stay is necessary
  • Cover scheduled elective cases Monday-Thursday and emergent cases on Fridays
What You Need
  • Minnesota RN license and CRNA certification
  • Minimum of 3 years of anesthesia experience
  • Strong OB, TOLAC, and unsupervised anesthesia skills
  • Comfortable with epidurals, TAP blocks, spinal, and peripheral nerve blocks
  • Ability to respond promptly to beeper calls within 30 minutes
  • Flexibility to float between two facilities 20 minutes apart
