Job Description


The Founder of a high-end real estate development company in Dallas seeks a polished, proactive Personal Assistant to manage his fast-moving personal life with precision, and with a true white glove mindset. This is a high-touch role for someone who anticipates needs, protects time, and elevates every experience - from travel and entertaining to household operations and day-to-day logistics. Youll meet in person in the office as needed, depending on what is going on,


About the Job



  • Serve as a right hand for personal calendar management, appointments, and scheduling priorities. Liaise with the Executive Assistant, as needed.

  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including private aviation, helicopters, yachts, ground transportation, and detailed itineraries.

  • Execute every touchpoint with a luxury hospitality mindset, ensuring service is thoughtful, polished, anticipatory, and flawlessly delivered.

  • Consistently look around corners, refine details proactively, and elevate each experience beyond expectation.

  • Help oversee multiple properties and support household operations, including coordination of household staff and service providers.

  • Manage personal logistics: errands, reservations, gifting, catering, appointments, and special requests.

  • Handle expenses, reconciliations, payroll coordination, bill pay support, and purchase tracking.

  • Liaise with the Family Office Controller on expenses, payments, reporting, and related administrative matters.

  • Support planning and execution of dinners, private events, and other high-touch personal entertaining.

  • Assist with special projects and ad hoc requests with responsiveness, polish, and follow-through.

  • Ability and flexibility to travel with the Founder occasionally.

  • Maintain absolute discretion and confidentiality with a calm, solutions-first approach.

About You



  • At least 3 years experience supporting a UHNW principal, Founder, executive, in a personal support capacity.

  • Experience coordinating high-touch travel, lifestyle management, and personal administration with impeccable attention to detail.

  • Bachelors degree

  • Uncompromising discretion, judgment, and follow-through; highly responsive and reliable.

  • White glove, service-driven mindset with a natural instinct to anticipate needs and elevate execution.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.

  • Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability and flexibility to travel with the Founder occasionally.
