Details:

Dates of Coverage: Ongoing, various days
Practice Setting: Hospital-based
Schedule: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Rate Type: Hourly or Daily
Documentation System/EMR: Epic
Supervision: Supervised by MDA
Average Surgical Cases Per Day: 25-30
Average Pain Management Cases: 0
Trauma Level: Level 3
OR Staff: Great team that works together
Number of Operating Rooms: 5 main ORs, 2 procedure rooms, and 1 OB C-section room
Patient Age Demographic: Mostly adult and geriatric, occasional pediatrics
Procedures Required: General surgical cases (adult), spinal anesthesia, ventilation management
No regional blocks are not required, just spinals. Ratio is either 1:2 or 1:3 for supervision and no ICU covering,

Submission Requirements

NBCRNA - Required
Active MI license - Required
BLS, ACLS - Required

Certification Requirements

Board Certified
Board Eligible

State License Requirements

Michigan : Will assist with State Licensure
