Entry-Level Sales Representative$650/Week Base Pay + Commission - Full-Time In-Person - Immediate OpeningsNorth Charleston, SC 29420We are expanding in the North Charleston area and are hiring motivated, outgoing individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Sales Representatives. This is a full-time, in-person position focused on customer engagement, lead generation, and account management within the automotive glass industry.No prior sales experience is required. Paid training is provided along with ongoing coaching and opportunities for advancement.Responsibilities: Engage with prospective customers to discuss automotive glass repair and replacement servicesEducate customers on service options and assist with insurance claim initiationGenerate new business through face-to-face outreach, community events, booth setups, and referralsConduct local outreach by visiting assigned areas and speaking with vehicle ownersBuild and maintain strong customer relationshipsProvide accurate service information and answer customer questionsCoordinate with service teams to ensure a smooth customer experienceTrack customer interactions and sales activityMeet individual and team performance goalsRepresent the company professionally in all customer interactionsStrong communication and people skillsOutgoing, confident personalitySales, retail, customer service, hospitality, or marketing experience is a plus, but not requiredValid driver's licenseReliable transportation required for travel throughout the North Charleston areaHigh school diploma or GEDWe Offer:$650 weekly base pay plus uncapped commissionPaid trainingFull-time scheduleLeadership development opportunitiesCareer advancement potentialSupportive team environmentMedical, dental, and vision insurance after 90 daysWork Location: North Charleston, SC 29420This is an in-person position.
