JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Board: Board Certified in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine with 2 years EM experience
  • Licenses: Active Ohio license and DEA
  • DEA / CDS: Active DEA required
  • Certifications: ATLS (ABEM: documentation of prior ATLS; ABFM/ABIM: must maintain ATLS)
  • Experience: 2 years Emergency Medicine experience required
  • Other Qualifications: Completed application with all credentials, claims history (5 years), work history verification, three peer references; copies of degree, residency certificate, board certificate, photo, driver's license, TB, flu vaccination.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide comprehensive emergency medical care to patients of all ages.
  • Manage acute medical and traumatic conditions, including admissions and transfers.
  • Supervise and collaborate with advanced practice providers (NPPAs).
  • Document patient encounters in Epic EMR.
  • Participate in quality improvement and peer review activities.
