We're looking for a relationship-focused, detail-oriented professional to join our growing team as a Client Services & Insurance Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, delivering exceptional service, and supporting both the operational and growth goals of an insurance business. You'll work closely with members, insurance carriers, and internal credit union partners to create a seamless and personalized experience throughout the insurance lifecycle. What You'll DoAs a Client Services & Insurance Specialist, you'll serve as a trusted resource for members while supporting agency operations, insurance sales activities, and business development efforts. Your responsibilities will include:Providing exceptional service and support to members through phone, email, and in-person interactionsAssisting with insurance quotes, applications, policy servicing, renewals, and follow-up activitiesBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with members to support retention and long-term satisfactionIdentifying opportunities to connect members with additional insurance products and services that meet their needsManaging referrals from credit union team members and business partnersMaintaining accurate records and workflow activity within CRM and agency management systemsCoordinating with insurance carriers, vendors, and internal departments to resolve issues and facilitate member needsSupporting member education, branch visits, workshops, and promotional events that contribute to agency growthLeveraging technology and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and member experienceWhat We're Looking For1-3 years of experience in customer service, insurance, financial services, banking, or administrative supportStrong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skillsExcellent organizational skills with strong attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of service and accuracyComfort using CRM systems, Microsoft 365 applications, and other technology toolsInsurance agency, credit union, or financial institution experience preferredActive insurance license a plus, or willingness to obtain oneBilingual English/Spanish skills are highly desirableWhy Join Rize?At Rize, our mission is to uplift communities through knowledge, access, and care. CompensationThe expected pay range for this role at Rize Federal Credit Union is $23.00- $29.00/hour. This range is based on candidates living locally in California. Actual compensation is determined by experience, education, skills, internal equity, and other job-related factors.As part of the hiring process, candidates who receive a contingent offer will undergo a background investigation, which may include employment verification, credit review, criminal records search, Social Security verification, and government registry checks. Candidates must also meet eligibility requirements to be bonded under a fidelity bond.
