About the OpportunityThis full-time position offers the opportunity to work in a modern hospital laboratory performing a variety of diagnostic testing procedures across multiple departments. ResponsibilitiesPerform routine and complex laboratory testing on patient specimens
Analyze, verify, and report laboratory results accurately and efficiently
Operate and maintain laboratory analyzers and equipment
Follow established quality control and quality assurance procedures
Troubleshoot instrumentation and resolve testing issues as needed
Maintain compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and laboratory staff to support patient care
Ensure accurate documentation and record keeping
Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, Biology, or a related science field
Florida Clinical Laboratory Technologist license required or eligible
Previous hospital laboratory experience preferred
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
